Overview
of the Telephone Skills Course
This Telephone Skills Course is designed to train people at all
levels of the company's organization in proper telephone etiquette
and usage in the United States. This is accomplished by noting the

down names, telephone numbers, telephone messages and messages from
foreign speakers. Obviously, this material addresses the common
complaint, "No one has any manners on the telephone anymore."
Some general sales techniques such as getting past secretaries who
are screening calls, dealing with "call backs" or "the
final call," and proper cell phone usage are discussed. This
quick Course, which is completed in just a few hours will undoubtedly
provide at least one new idea for telephone usage that you have
not considered. Developed with actual recorded sessions, this Course
will provide you with a more cost effective and time managed method
of learning better telephone techniques. You may complete each level
at your own pace and time schedule. Audio and visual materials are
provided online, in real-time step-by-step sessions.
